Here's exactly how paying for Aerwell works, in plain language, before you ever reach checkout.

One-time purchase is the default

When you buy a Starter Kit or 90-Night Kit, you are charged once, for that order, and nothing else happens automatically. No card is saved for a future charge unless you specifically choose to.

Subscribe & Save is opt-in, not automatic

If you'd like to save on future orders, you can tick the "Subscribe & Save" box at checkout. It is never pre-selected for you. When you do choose it, you'll see the exact renewal date and price on the checkout page before you confirm.

Cancelling takes one click

If you're on a subscription, you can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us — no phone call, no retention script, no "are you sure" loop designed to wear you down.

Why we're this explicit about it

Because it's the single most common complaint about mouth tape brands, full stop. We'd rather lose the extra revenue from a hidden renewal than earn your first order and lose your trust on the second one.
