Our Story

We built Aerwell because we were the customer first.

Before Aerwell existed, we were exactly who this is for: someone who'd tried the CPAP, the nasal strips, the allergy pills, and still woke up with a dry mouth and a tired brain. We found mouth taping through the same place a lot of people do — a book, a podcast, a Reddit thread at 1am — and we were skeptical about it too.

So we did what a lot of the community does: we cut up kinesiology tape from the pharmacy and tried it ourselves. It worked better than we expected. It was also uncomfortable, a little embarrassing to explain, and we had no idea if we were doing it safely.

Aerwell exists to fix exactly those problems — comfort, safety guidance, and honesty about who it's for — rather than to sell a bigger claim. We're not doctors, and we don't pretend to be. We're the people who tried the DIY version first, and built the version we wished existed.
